Period of Warranty

The warranty period for the product starts on the original date of purchase as shown on your invoice or as may be otherwise specified by PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. If the proof of purchase cannot be presented to verify the warranty, the data from PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. product database may applies to find the start of the warranty period but this is not an obligation of PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd..

Keeping Your Invoice and Warranty Certificate

When purchasing a product, you should request a complete and filled-in sales invoice from PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and properly keep it. When applying for warranty service, customers shall provide a clear, complete, and accurate sales invoice. If the content of the invoice does not match the actual product, is tampered with, or cannot be identified, the invoice is considered invalid.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If the product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain warranty service by contacting PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Via care@psraitsolutions.com When applying for warranty, the customer should provide the serial number, which is the proof that the customer is entitled to obtain warranty.

Before warranty service is provided, you must take the following steps

  • Follow the service request procedures specified by the Service Provider
  • Backup or secure all programs and data contained in the product. Neither PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. nor the Service Provider is responsible for loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, contained in a product.
  • Provide the Service Provider with all system keys or passwords.
  • Provide the Service Provider with sufficient, free, and safe access to your facilities to perform service.
  • Remove all data, including confidential information, proprietary information and personal information, from the product or, if you are unable to remove any such information, modify the information to prevent its access by another party or so that it is not personal data under applicable law. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, on a product returned or accessed for warranty service.
  • Remove all features, parts, options, alterations, and attachments not covered by the warranty.
  • Ensure that the product or part is free of any legal restrictions that prevent its replacement.
  • If you are not the owner of a product or part, obtain authorization from the owner for the Service Provider to provide warranty service.

PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ownership of the replaced units and parts after replacement

  • When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or part, unless otherwise specified, the replaced product or part becomes PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. property and the accessories and packaging accompanying the product should be returned together.
  • Only unaltered PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. products and parts are eligible for replacement. The replacement product or part provided by PSRA IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part.
  • The replacement product or part shall be warranted for the balance of the period remaining on the original product.
  • Refurbished parts may be used to repair the product. Repair of the product may result in loss of data, if the product is capable of retaining user-generated data.
